To achieve these goals, initiatives have been launched to develop an electronic registry for lands designated for mining, which makes it easier for investors to know the lands available for licensing. A database has also been developed to evaluate investors’ performance, and to monitor and evaluate the progress of licenses, to ensure that minerals are optimally exploited
